現先賣一condo,就省事的Email各家agent,比較%後,再電話細談。

否則,打很多訊問電話,嘴巴會講痛的!哈!

這Redfin似乎是如果你是賣家,得給他們1.5%,再得給買家agent2.5%到3%。

又如果你在一年裏又用他們買一新condo,他們給你回扣1%。

他們是team工作,所以,隨時都有人開門,讓你早看房。

During the consultation, your Redfin Agent will outline their comprehensive plan for selling your home. This includes features such as professional photos, a 3D Walkthrough, a personalized online dashboard, and premium marketing on our site.

With Redfin, you will benefit from a 1% listing fee if you both sell your current home and purchase your next home with us within a year. If you choose to solely sell your home with us, the listing fee would be 1.5%. These rates are lower than the 2.5%-3% charged by most brokerages. Please note that there is a minimum commission requirement of $2500, and it is common for sellers to pay a commission of 2.5%-3% to the buyer's agent. However, the amount offered to the buyer's agent can be negotiated based on your preferences and your Redfin Agent can provide valuable insights on how this may impact the sale in your area.
