賣掉房的賣價是20萬嗎？

如果是20萬的話，new basis = 53-20+10=43萬

如果賣掉房的賣價是30萬，new basis = 53-30+10=33萬

因為你沒提賣價是多少。

另外， 不要confuse Adjusted Basis 和 Adjusted Depreciation Basis，前者包括Land。
