Listing Agreement

準備簽賣房合同。合同裏有一段"special provisions"。上麵寫6個月後合同終止，經濟人給我們提供free staging。但是如果我們在6個月之內終止合同，我們必須付$4000罰款。請問這會不會有潛在問題。多謝。
