地主們和鏟屎官們怎麽看 German Shepherd 和 French Bulldog ?

還沒上任的地主，收到一個申請，有兩條狗狗，German Shepherd 和 French Bulldog。我本來認為小狗可以，因為有一大批人會有狗，但我對狗狗沒有概念，想問這兩種破壞力強嗎，是否應該直接拒絕？
