大家都知道疫情前買皮卡， 基本上都是sticker price - 10k 開始講價的， 然後疫情來了， 皮卡都賣retail price， dealerships賺得盤滿。

去年以來， 車開始賣不出去， 現在dealerships 裏麵的車都還滿 lot 的2023.

if you are thinking a new full size pickup, 2023 F150 lighting (EV), dealerships begin to discount them 10%, plus Ford given $7500 rebate, and you may still qualify for the Fed EV credit of $7500, so in theory you can knock off 20-22k of the retail price.

其實不單單是賣車賣不出去， 今年冬天 rental market 也是 cool down substantially, 我現在的 vacancy rate 大概步向 8%。
