今天看到一個房子出來又有點手癢癢

Boston 還不錯的區，租房火熱。

已經上市快一年原價140萬今天降到120萬，三單元multi family,上一次交易2014 68萬。

每單元3150房租，支出按20%首付，rate 7.25%, +地產稅保險8800，這個蒼蠅肉要不要吞？
