新手請教報稅中房子的折舊問題

本人在南加的房子出租。作為新手第一次報稅，通常使用TurboTax報稅，找到家具，電器之類的可以折舊。聽說房子也可以折舊，但是在TurboTax裏找不到可以輸入的地方，也不知能折舊多少。請經驗豐富的前輩指點一下小白。謝謝！
