還是太貴。。

這個照片看著還可以，內部VIDEO看得比較仔細，需要花很多錢，所以跟現在在市場上裝修好啥也不用幹的不能同樣價錢來比。

1。老牆紙都得扒了刷漆。
2。窗戶要換。
3。原來高屋頂改的吊頂如果能恢複的盡量恢複。
4。地板要做。
5。廚房廁所都要更新。

這是把它更新到市麵新需要的工作。

6。把頂樓裝修一下。

屋頂和外麵尚可，必須弄的不多。
