建議這個壇子設法把房屋裝修，特別是自住房裝修這一塊話題引進來

從投壇分離之後，確實清淨了，話題基本上就是：選房客，修出租房，出租房買賣，擼卡等等。

有股票基金的人比比皆是，但是有出租房的人就少很多，這也決定了房壇流量不大這個事實。

如果壇名改為“房產家園”，再號召大家貼一些自住房室內裝修設計，園林規劃之類的帖子，估計流量能增加不少。
