1.clearly the water comes from the top of pergola and shots one the wall.

put a gutter around the pergola and put a down pipe somewhere not very visible.

2. I believe the leak comes from the base of the exterior of the bay window, not from the perimeter of the glass.

3. don't understand where this is and want to see the outside.
