差不多 2012 應該是穀底。我們的自住房差不多是 2016 年出水的。

不過 08 年暴跌的時候有一些 Condo 兩年時間就掉了80%， 比如我家領導幫我在加拿大的同學買的兩個公寓，從前房東買的時候的21萬兩年後跌到了4萬多。
