求建議：出租房的洗衣機烘幹機是在車庫的，冬天冷死了，也怕洗衣機水管接口處爆管，能給車庫做什麽？

1.給車庫門winterize 加隔離膜，漏縫加weather stripping. 這樣夏天會熱死不？我這裏夏天巨熱。

2.車庫屋頂是平，有個梯子拿下來可以上去attic的那種，所以車庫屋頂也做不了什麽了吧。
