開壇大吉，請教房客保險的問題

今天房客報告1樓天花板漏水，趕緊找人檢查，發現是2樓的hot water heater閥門壞了，漏到樓下，趕緊找人換了，花了500刀。過幾天漏水幹了以後，再去刷一下牆就算了結了。不打算走保險。

但是房客抱怨，房裏潮濕，有mold跡象，今天自己給他們的保險公司打電話。如果房客的保險公司會來實地考察，可能會要求很多維修。

房客保險公司的維修費用，包括房客500刀的deductable會算在我頭上嗎？
