祝賀新譚！！貢獻一個經驗：裝 tankless water heater

有時房子沒有地方裝hot water tank，或 hot water travels too far， example： from basement to 3rd floor，可以考慮 tanless water heater：

優點：省水，省氣。我沒用過電的，聽説要考慮馬力是否夠，這裏不敢多言。

缺點/事先功課：聯係gas company，make sure gas supply line BTU can support your hot water heater。need to run a 2" gas pipe (can use the yellow flex kind) to the new tankless water heater. 

我六年前裝一個，no maintenance，no issue。Hot water come out immiditely。聽説國內很多家裏都用這個。
