羨慕年輕的大地主階級！但60歲能有20萬分紅感覺也不錯。

昨天仔細看了看分紅股票，在過去幾十年的分紅都是穩定增長，每年都能長3%-9%，十二三年分紅就能翻一倍。這也不錯吧。不需要跟租客磨牙長了房租怕租客找茬和破壞房子。

自己感覺不錯的就堅持下去，沒必要羨慕別人發大財！
