加一個人又有什麽關係？

合租，不管是室友，男女朋友，夫妻，夫妻+內弟小妹子，法律上都是一樣的：共同責任。(joint liability) 

整個租金共同分擔，不是每個人隻付他的一部分。租金少一分錢，全屋人都驅逐。

所以加一個人又有什麽關係？

自己要提高房東業務水平。
