現在中西部地區的房價還好，賣一部分，de-leverage 到你覺得就算一半空置率都沒壓力的level

We did a very similar thing between 2016-2018, at the time I fear the market might suffer a downturn so I largely de-leveraged, and sold about 1/3 of the holdings, to a  point that we feel fairly comfortable even if we are only at 65% occupancy and still able to survive.
