想請好心的地主們幫忙，有申請section 8的tip 嗎？祝大家財源廣進

有個朋友遇到極大的難處，想看看能不能申請到section 8。我也不知從哪裏入手，請問大家有這方麵的信息可以分享嗎？先謝謝好心人了！
