請教地主們：多久需要更換wax ring？

was ring盒子上一般標注5年warranty，從來沒有意識到需要更換，直到不對了，如果在底層，問題不大，也就是清理一下，換個新的，但在樓上，漏水會把樓下的天花板糟蹋了，發現晚了，還長黴。
