-What I mean is that you can not use this approved I-140 to file your I-485 if you work for another employer unless the I-140 sponsor will hire you back (give you a support letter to address this when you file I-485)

多謝8老師。我覺得應該可以要求公司不要withdraw.您的意思是不是說我的新雇主也可以在現有的140上幫我遞交485--- provided 我的現任雇主給我一個support letter 說他們願易在將來hire back 我
