前些日子大概在這兒問了一下，感謝8老師指點迷津。現在還想再問的是，如果工作沒了，我可以向公司提什麽要求來把我的損失(身份方麵的 )降到最低呢？ 因為不是我的問題，即使丟掉工作，公司應該可以在很多方麵為我提供一些方便以示補償的，但我不知道我該要求什麽，並且怎樣保證公司在我走後會遵循承諾。工作我可以care less, 隻是身份的問題很頭疼.
如果以後我找到另外一個雇主可雇我，8老師之前說了我還可以做H1 Transfer 的。 我還有點迷惑，我的H1是因為140批了所以才得以續了另外3年，那如果離開我現在的公司，140 是=現在的公司給辦的，如果雇傭關係沒有了，自然140 就無效了，皮之不存毛將焉附，不是嗎？
-As long as your current employer (I-140 sponsor) does not withdraw the approved I-140, you still can use it to do H1 transfer and extend your H1 beyond the 6 year limit no matter which employer you work for.
那因這個140 得來的H1 還能再transfer 嗎？就此8老師說隻要我現在的雇主聲明以後會hire me back 就可，對這點我不太能理解，懇請8老師或諸位給解釋解釋。
