關於注冊一個Sole Propietorship,

我想自己注冊一個consultancy 公司，就我一人。看了看以前的討論，覺得sole propietorship 是最容易辦的。要是注冊這樣的一個公司，如果第一年沒有掙到一分錢，會不會有penalty.

另外，還有什麽需要watchout, 求建議。 謝謝大家！
