新手求教：如何在麻州（MA）注冊LLC公司？

我住在麻州， 想注冊一個LLC公司在網上賣點東西， 已經從聯邦政府得到EIN號，不知要在州政府哪個部門注冊(register)？好象州政府的 Department of Revenue 和 State Secretary 都有注冊服務，不知它們有何區別？該如何注冊？
