They need the interface for parents - program communication windows for registration, feedback, questions purposes.

They asked me give a cost for bids. This is my first time to build website for money from home.
I don't have job right now. I had been a volunteer to build websites for a daycare. It was simple, only has
text and pictures, no database, I used an online web builder software to do it. I also know weebly very well.

Could you give me some ideas about charge? Thank you very much!
