對比一下保險經紀人和realtor/貸款經紀人。

 

1）考試易度和難度同等

 

2）工作強度相等

 

3）realtor commission 一般是sale price (not listing price) 的 1.5% - 3%;  mortgage agent commission 一般是2k - 15k; insurance agent 分車禍、住屋保險，和人壽保險。  前者一個case 幾十到幾百塊commission， 後者忘了commission 的額度

 

4）除了這些，還有general contractor， 這個生意其實更好

 

綜合上述，各個license 都去考一下，決定要去哪行，可自由選擇。 realtor/mortgage agent/insurance agent 一起做更好，如果再有general contractor license, 那錢途無量~
