請教幾個初創企業遇到的問題

請問有誰知道這個：

比如很多公司的網頁都有一個terms of use。文學城也肯定有。就是在你注冊成為會員或者網上用信用卡購買產品的時候。

如果我有一個網絡公司，可不可以copy別人的terms of use？ 需要modify嗎？如果需要，modify的比例大概是多少？

 

第二個問題是：我可以用po box做為公司地址嗎？如果不想把自己的地址顯示的話。因為建立網上payment功能要求提供地址。
