I know this field, ABI first kit Beta test was in my lab. I introduced it to China almost 15 years ago. China has market, but governments control this market, Health Dept and Just Dept must issue the business license in each province. For example, in Jiangsu province, the maximum license are 6 and all been issued, every year you have to pay 6 figure fee to both Health and Just departments keep the license
