Do you want to DIY or have someone host it for you?

DIY: host ~$100/year you could install your own free shopping cart like OsCommerce, Zen cart, opencart ....

Have someone build one for you: you could have around $500 to $1000 depend on requirements of the customization.

Also you could have it on Yahoo, go.Magento hosting service.
