We are a US-based early stage drug discovery company focusing on cancer treatments. We have been functioning for several years with own fund. Although the pace is slow, we have made huge progress with the platform that we set out to develop. The fact that our leading compound (pre-clinical stage)was recently licensed to another pharma company is a big boost to our confidence. The licensing deal did not bring us big upfront payment. Therefore, we would like to seek more seed money (>$500K) to accelerate the development of our pipeline compounds for global markets.
