外國人 買房 開 LLC 請教

I am a Chinese applying a business visa. I plan to buy a house in Las Vegas
and open a LLC there. If I buy another house in state Ohio, and let the
house in Ohio under the LLC in Las Vegas, is it possible? Or must I set up
another LLC in Ohio and put the house in Ohio under the LLC in Ohio?
