這是信.

打過電話問了,說是發信給我,但是現在都過去一天也沒有發過來.  對惡霸完全失望了。

2月從香港賣家處買了一樣東西,沒有收到貨.十天前要求退款. 三月內共三筆交易. 一筆退款,這比有五個商品.難道是因為此嗎?

想知道;1.這個情況,還有恢複的可能嗎/

2. 如果不能恢複，可以用假名注冊個新的賣東西嗎？謝謝。

When reviewing a listing, ask yourself these questions:
- Does the seller accept returns or is the item sold "as is"?
- What kind of refund does the seller provide?
- What is the condition of the item?
- What are the shipping terms and shipping costs?

Unfortunately, we have had to suspend your account happychristmastoyou indefinitely.

At this time, you won't be able to use eBay in any way, including using current accounts or registering new accounts.

We understand this may be an inconvenience. However, keeping eBay a fair marketplace is our top priority.
