保健品貿易求助

我一朋友（在國內）想和我合夥做保健品貿易。她在國內負責，把貨發到我這裏來（我在美國），我來賣。有誰知道這大概程序是怎樣？或者有什麽好的網站可以給個idea嗎？謝謝。
