I am so sorry that I cannot type Chinese, and it's so inconvenient for me too.  

I am asking a question for a friend in China, who is interested in a 從山藥提取生物荷爾蒙技術. She knows 美國有這方麵的研究。

Is there anyone who has the information? or even some vague information? Please give me some directions how to dig into the subject. I don't even know the English name for 山藥.
