輕磚: you can only pick generators of elec/gas, and you are stuck

owner who owns the pipe or line for distribution, and they charge you about the same of the generation cost. whatever saving you can get from the generators, the line/pipe owner can make it disappear by adjusting their transmition and distribution charges. It's a joke for politics.
