it is called SND, but with a dead beat buyer like this, i always ignore it, there is no gaurantee that she will be removing the negative feedback after u refund the money. just forget about it and move on.unless he sells on ebay don't bother retaliating the buyer. just put her in the black list and don't let her buy from u again.
