If you made it from real estate or stock market, you need to show your tax record (very hard in China since no one pays govt required tax), if you made money through your business, you need to show your inovice, PO, etc, also very hard if your business use CASH only or mainly.

If you do manage to proof the legitimency of your fund, You also need to be prepared that you will never see your 50W investment principle again, you might get a small portion back. these reginonal centers are all in the UNDERDEVELOPED areas where the economy growth is zero or negative and needs to suck in money to stipulate growth, thus US govnt relaxed on the 100W EB5 to only 50w on these regions. On top of that, lawyer fee, reginal center also charges fees, that's about another 10-15w.

So basically, you are spending 50w to buy the green card, of course if you have a big family with kids younger than 18 that's worth it...
