都是些大銀行,收費貴麽?關鍵的是

是否要有本地的支行呢?做信用證時,要本人去嗎?還是打電話,上網就行了?

還有,銀行是否肯替我出信用證給生產商,隻要我已經有了買家的信用證在銀行那裏? 先謝了.
