I dumped one supplier because of the trust issue. The first two orders are ok (after some negociation). The third order I doubled the amount they starting to have problem...Later, they beg me to come back. I totally interest to them. No trust any more.

My long term big clients sometime I let them return for no reason. A lot of chinese supplers never know this common concept.
