哪裏找到如何找到合適的sale man？

想找兩個sale man在local 推銷產品，請問在哪裏找？ craglist上的人員素質好像不是特別好。
而且不知道如何付工資。

比如，給低金多少，如何控製他們完成既定的份額？

請有經驗的給點建議。感謝
