That's what I am struggling with since I am not sure Sushi shop will have good business by university. Probably should stay at mid-price range to better fit in.
I am also confused on how should value the current deal, since it doesn't make money currently and we are going to change business. We may need to invest in decoration.
If it only have 30k monthly sales and does not make make money, how much should it worth? The current owner must think the premium location worth some $$.
