1）月入50k,就是平均要日入2。5k （20個工作日計算），能達到麽。 -- they said will open 7 days a week, that means $1700 per day needed. still a challange9they have about 45 seats in 15 tables.
2）學校假期客流量銳減怎麽辦。summer is slow,need discount the three month sales. can cut one waitress in summer.
3）稅呢？like I said they might play with two books since they can get lots of income in cash. But if they are making too much profit then has to pay some tax. what's king of rate scale for business profit?.
4）你朋友的管理投入算了麽，他分文不取隻分利潤？
She is one of assist chef making 2500, she also work as cashier.

So there is possibility that my friend and her daughter get the salary and don't care much if the business does not generate profit. So my bottomline is make sure signing a contract to guarantee that I can get out after one year.
