請問money order是什麽？

有個老墨要用money order來當做ebay的款，從來沒用過，有什麽問題嗎？
主要是想知道1，是否像個人支票一樣，在一個月後才知道是空頭的？
2，假如我願意接受，是不是要告訴客人我的名子？
