I won the case on ebay and share the experience with friends

我前麵請教過如何處理惡霸的客戶上訴沒收到貨的case。我得到了一些熱心朋友的回答。對我贏得這個case樹立了信心。我是用paypal收帳和郵寄的。我有tracking confirmation number 顯示貨送到了。客戶也是個不錯的客戶,我把她的回電也貼到了前麵的貼下麵。她上訴是因為惡霸的buyer protection program。
我的case 贏的有點曲折,所以提供給做惡霸的朋友做參考。我提供了我的理由和客戶的聯係結果。告訴惡霸the tracking number and shipping address. (ebay only allow us limited words for the response. The tracking number and shipping address are most important. Don’t miss anything here)

“I understand you have shipped this item to your customer, but at this
time we have not received any proof of delivery. In order to confirm
that your customer has received their item, we need to see tracking
information. Since you provided valid tracking number but the item was
delivered successfull to the wrong address. I know this is very
unfortunate, however, we won?t be able to close this case in your favor.
You will receive an automated email with this same information, but I
wanted to take a few moments and explain our decision in further detail.

As a reminder, for "item not received" claims, sellers are protected
from losing a claim if they provide evidence of delivery to eBay. Proof
of delivery is tracking information from a shipping company that clearly
displays:

1. The delivery status of the item as "delivered"
2. The date of delivery (which reflects the seller shipped within stated
handling time)
3. The recipient's address, displaying at least the city/state or ZIP
code (or the equivalent) of the address listed in either the eBay Order
details page or the PayPal Transaction Details page

And, for items $250 USD (or local currency equivalent) or more, proof of
the recipient's signature to confirm delivery is required.

We are currently seeking reimbursement from your PayPal account to issue
your customer a full refund on your behalf. If the funds are not
available in your PayPal account, please make sure that you have a
"Reimbursement payment method" setup on your eBay account.”
我不服,回答ebay 我不認為我的地址有任何問題,我強調我和客戶確認過,paypal也是confirmed 的地址。問他們憑什麽說是送錯了。到此,ebay 不正麵回答我的問題一個勁兒的要我放錢。下麵是ebay 的原文:
“Upon reviewing the claim, I have noticed that the buyer has been
refunded and the case is close. We refunded the buyer on your behalf
for this case and you now owe eBay a balance of $37.98. Please set up a
payment method we can use for reimbursement for this case and any future
cases. ” 。
到此為止我也有點不知道該怎麽辦。我就打電話到paypal問他們關於seller protection program 我的case 是不是應該被paypal protected。 他們問了我關於shipping的時間和地址。然後確認是的。他們接通我和ebay的customer support 之後,customer support 就告訴我這是一個錯誤。他們馬上就把這個case關了,(這裏我再提一下ebay 已經退款給客戶)並答應給我$10 ebay 的優惠券作為安慰。並向我道歉。
suggestions:
1. Provide the confirmation number and shipping address to customer and tell her (he) you are under paypal seller protection program. Ebay trying to ask you to contact buyer first that is the game they are playing. Some sellers just make deal with customer and pay partial or send another one. In this case ebay will get away from this. Do not do this way. 不要上當!!
2. If you think you are right, fight for your rights. Do not give up.
3. My merchandise is about $37.98 and I did not buy insurance。我認為從上麵ebay的回電中,好像$250以上的要有所不同。
