經過一年的準備(商業計劃, 產品的Prototype等), 下個月要回國和風投, 天使投資人談我和我的合夥人的創業項目的投資, 心裏有點緊張. 這一個月拚命在惡補風投的知識, Terms Sheet, Vesting, Shares, Stock Options, Liquidation Preference等等_:mad: 盡量做到知己知彼.
