If you care to reply, at least add some value.

If he opens a corp in the US, and then create an OEM contract with the Chinese company, and get the products certified to meet all US standards/regulatory/compliance requirement, he can basically own the products, import them from China and sell them in the US. Am I missing anything? Isn't this how GE branded microwave ovens are sold in the US? -- there are plenty of other examples ...
