startup a software comapny, how the ownership distribute?

money guy is a private investor. he is planning put $1 million for the first 1.5 yrs. then he says he can put more if we need.
We 4 technical guys. Each of us put $10K for the first year. then no other cost for the rest time. No pay for us neither.
Money guy ask 51% ownership. Is this reasonable?
It is hard to estimate the company's value at this moment. We know a similar company sell their software with about $8 milion license fee. Of couse, ours should be better than that.
any comment and suggestion?
Is there any public place than I can find those initial info for the IPO company.
