forwarding mail，UPS郵件就請人PICK UP,usps郵件就讓forwarding company？

上星期四賣了一個自用的IPAD，一個賣家是最高BIDDER，我上麵標的是用UPS，但在星
期五早上的時候，因剛好打印不出UPS，就用了priority mail, 低於4磅，用了$13.8f
運費，再加INSURANCE$6。然後發給買家MESSAGE，解釋了為什麽用priority mail。結
果他回信說：

Actually, shipping by USPS does create a problem. I am currently traveling
and my USPS mail is forwarded. My forwarding company is going to charge me
extra to forward the iPad to me. I specifically picked this auction because
it was shipping by UPS and i have someone picking up my UPS packages for me.

Is there any way to hold the shipping and send by UPS? If it needs to be
shipped by USPS, I need to give you a different address.

但是郵件已經發出去了一天了，我就問多少錢FORWARD這個MAIL，他說他要先問，然後
第三天他回信說：
My mail forwarding company just e-mailed me back. They said the cost to
forward would be $18.29 for Fed-Ex ground (USPS would be $22.65).

我有一個疑問，為什麽這個地址如果用UPS寄可以讓他的朋友PICK UP，但是同一個地址
USPS卻會讓forward company收呢？
