準備開中醫診所，請有經驗的朋友講講如何選擇地點？

目前看上的一個地方，在一個小的市中心，但是一樓不讓開，隻有二樓的鋪麵租。當地退休老人很多，白人，老墨為主。人均收入大概五萬。附近有一間診所。此外如何打廣告？本地報紙和網上嗎？還有別得途徑嗎？
