Help! - SEO Service Contract

We're starting up a small SEO service company (LLC). One thing we need help is on drafting a standard SEO Service Contract. Also, we have never been in the business field and like to know anything in particular we shuold include in the contract to protect ourselves. Any tips are highly appreciated!
