有個做生意的朋友,想叫我幫他收錢,給我10%的回扣,然後再

寄回給他,他說他要他的生意火拌把CHECK寄給我,我到銀行取出,然到另外的一個銀行換成歐圓寄給.他就不用呆在美國,一年來3次就行拉.我不知道會不會有麻煩.將來報稅怎麽報,他是為了逃稅嗎?我隻報我所得的行嗎?有什麽要注意的嗎?
將來會不會有麻煩.要簽怎樣的合同,我才不會有麻煩,我不是做生意的人,總覺的這錢讚的太容易,會不會有假?謝謝.
